Wine obtained from grapes from the Lessini mountains, La Durella is the autochthonous vine, among the few vines in Europe to resist downy mildew and phylloxera, originally from the Lessini mountains, it is an ancient and rustic vine that gives golden grapes whose fundamental characteristic is a typical sour taste and a thick skin rich in tannins.
Durello Lessini Doc Brut derives from a first fermentation that takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the second fermentation in an autoclave is at low temperatures with selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method.
The fine and persistent perlage is given by the second fermentation in an autoclave lasting five months.
