Solo Lei Rosso IGT
Solo Lei Rosso is a wine with a unique and enveloping character, mainly Tai Rosso. Its beauty is released from the first sip, with an intense olfactory bouquet and a freshness that conquers the palate. Autochthonous red grape variety of the Berici Hills cultivated at 300 meters above sea level. in Acque di Lonigo (VI). It derives from a Grenage arrived from France over 500 years ago and acclimatised with a beautiful olfactory panorama, with a marked acidity. In 2005, the Istituto Superiore di Conegliano ascertained the kinship of this vine with the Cannonau of Sardinia, the Gamay of Trasimeno and the Spanish Garnacha. Solo Lei Rosso is a wine that excites and surprises, thanks to its pronounced acidity and an unexpected refinement on the palate. Calcareous-clayey soil, emerged millions of years ago from the sea, so evidence of corals and shells still emerge today. Lightly fruity, with hints of violet and red berries, it is slightly tannic in the mouth and lends itself to being lowered by a few degrees in summer. Exciting and natural, it goes well with the classic recipe of Vicenza-style cod based on stockfish, up to simple grilled meats and rosemary-scented barbecues.
